Connect Airbnb and Booking.com
The channel manager sends your prices and availability to the platforms and imports their bookings. The Channels page is reserved for the owner and the manager.

Check the unit has a price
A listing without a nightly price “can’t be sold on OTAs yet”.
Open Channels and connect the unit
Profile menu → Channels. On the card of your building or listing, click “Connect …”. Hosteo creates the property in the channel manager and sends 500 days of availability and prices (up to a minute). Apartments and villas connect one by one; riads and hotels as one property with rooms.
Link your accounts
Click Connect Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia…. A Channex screen opens: sign in to your Airbnb or Booking.com account and map your rooms and rate plans.
Set prices per channel (optional)
Under “Prices per channel”, you can apply a percentage markup for Airbnb and for Booking.com, then Save.
Follow the sync
Each card shows “In sync”, “Syncing…” or “Sync problem” with the error text. The activity log lists recent events. “Resend everything” resends prices and availability; “Pause sync” stops it.
