Import another platform’s iCal calendar
iCal is for listings that don’t go through the channel manager. Hosteo reads the calendar again every 30 minutes.

Copy the other platform’s iCal link
On Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or another tool, copy the listing’s iCal export link.
Open the listing’s calendar sync
Profile menu → Listings → open the listing → Calendar sync tab → “Import calendars (iCal)”.
Fill in the form
Pick the channel (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia or Other), an optional name, and what to do with the bookings: “Create reservations” or “Just close the dates”.
Paste the link and confirm
Paste the link in “iCal link” and click Add calendar. The link must return a real iCal file.
Follow the sync
Each calendar shows its last sync and number of events. “Sync now” forces an update; “Remove” deletes the link.
